Customs Intercepts Rifle Components, Cannabis-Infused Cookies Products Concealed In Three 40ft Containers.
The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) TinCan Island Ports Command, has intercepted a container concealed with completely knockdown pump‑action rifle components and two 40‑foot containers of cannabis‑infused products worth ₦373,802,640 at the Tin Can Island Port Command. The Comptroller General of Customs, CGC Bashir Adewale Adeniyi PhD, Mfr, in the presence of the Zonal Coordinator of Zone 'A', ACG Mohammed Babandede, the Controller of Federal Operations Unit Zone A Comptroller GT Aliyu and other Controllers with the zone disclosed this while speaking to journalists on Thursday, 6th August, 2026, at the TinCan island Command while displaying the seizures.
