… Handles 41, 867 tonnes of non-oil export The Seme Area Command of the Nigeria Customs Service has exceeded its 2023 annually revenue target by 55% as the command between January to October 31 2023 generated the sum N3.1billion against the annual revenue target of N1.966billion of the command. The command has also facilitated the export of a total of 41, 867.88 metric tonnes of non-oil export products within the period, which comprise 1,048 trucks of export products with Free On-Board FOB value of N8.3billion. It also collected N41.5million under the Nigeria Export Supervision Scheme NESS while a total of N40.5million was collected as surcharge within the period under review.
