NIMASA DG FELICITATES CHRISTIANS AT EASTER

The Director General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, NIMASA, Dr. Dayo Mobereola has called on Christians to use the Easter celebration as a moment for sober reflection on the ideals of Christianity and commitment to personal and spiritual renewal.

‎

‎Dr. Mobereola who said this in his Easter message to Christians also noted that the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ teaches the values of sacrifice, hope and spiritual renewal. He also called on Christians to use the occasion to renew their faith in God and hope in the Nigeria.

‎

‎The NIMASA DG expressed the hope that “the Easter celebration, which marks the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ will inspire renewed purpose, fresh beginnings and continued sacrifice to the service to the nation and humanity”.

‎He also charged Christians to always uphold the values of love, compassion, discipline, empathy and sacrifice that Jesus Christ embodies emphasizing that “these values inspire patriotism which is at the root of the growth and development of any nation”.

‎The NIMASA DG further urged Nigerians to imbibe these values of Easter and work collectively towards building a safer and more prosperous nation.

NCS Medical Team Trains Apapa Area Command Officers On First Aid

NIMASA Reshuffles Management Team For Enhanced Efficiency And Inter-departmental Collaboration

I n an exercise aimed at strengthening inter-departmental collaboration and inject new energy into the system to further improve performance and enhance efficiency across the maritime sector, The Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) has announced a strategic redeployment of its management staff as part of efforts to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery in line with its core mandate. Under the new structure, according to a press statement issued by Mr. Edward Osagie FNIPR, Head, Public Relations Officer of the agency, a total of 56 management staff were affected in the exercise.
